Suite (CGS), such as when you visit the CGS website, when you purchase CGS related products and services, or when you call our sales or support partners. Every time we ask you to collect your personal data is because it helps us to deliver a superior level of customer support. It provides us with the necessary means to enable your convenient access to our products and services and focus on those aspects that are of the greatest interest to you. Furthermore, your personal information helps us to deliver the service that you want and also keep you posted on the latest product announcements, version updates, special offers, and other events that would be of your interest.

• Your personal information may be asked for when you’re discussing a service issue via our customer support center, via the phone with an associate, when downloading a software update, when registering for a seminar, when participating in an online survey, when registering to our services, or whenever you are purchasing a service.
• Your personal information may be asked when you contact GLOBO, relevant to the situation, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and contact preferences; your credit card information and information about the GLOBO services you own, such date of purchase; and information relating to a support or service issue.

• Your personal information may be collected to provide services that you have requested as well as for auditing, research, and analysis to improve the CitronGO! Service.
CitronGO! My Folders service
GLOBO enables you to create organize and share folders and files such as photos, music, videos, presentations and more through the My Folders service, and send them to family members, friends or colleagues. To fulfill your request, GLOBO may require personal information about the person whom you are sending the files such as their email, mobile phone number, and so on. The personal information you provide about that person is used only for the purpose for which it is collected. GLOBO will not use the information collected to market directly to that person.
Publicly displayed information is public
If you decide to share any items publicly (with no protection) via GLOBO’s CGS you should be aware that any information you share is visible to other users. GLOBO is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you may reveal.
When we disclose your information
GLOBO takes your privacy very seriously. GLOBO does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers.
Within the GLOBO Group
To help us provide superior service, your personal information may be shared with legal entities within the GLOBO group of companies who will take steps to safeguard it in accordance with GLOBO’s privacy policy.

Without such information being made available, it would be difficult for you to purchase and activate the service, receive customer service support, provide us feedback to improve our services, or access certain services, offers, and content on CitronGO! website.
At times we may be required by law or litigation to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary.

GLOBO takes several measures — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — in order to ensure that your personal information is secured against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
You can further help us by also apply several actions in order to better protect your personal data when you are on the Internet, such as changing your passwords often using a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure web browser like Safari. Please note that whenever you change your password over Internet the same change should happen on the mobile client in order to synchronize your data.

In this case the invitation to share e-mail that the user will send to its acquaintances will contain a click-through URL linking directly to the file and folder that user wanted to share.
